The likely problem again is an obstruction in the pilot tube.
About a two years later as this pellet stove is rarely used it stopped working properly.
After some troubleshooting i found that the thermocouple cover was missing which caused the thermocouple to burn.
The product was easy to install and so far we have had no further problems.
Take a look at the door seal and make sure it closes with a perfect fit to eliminate air leaks.
Sometimes the problem is simply that the thermocouple probe is too far from the flame.

No blame but always make sure the ceramic cover is on.
I purchased this thermocouple and the cover and all is working well.
Try this before blaming the thermocouple the pilot flame must be big and hot enough to heat the thermocouple to the temperature it needs to generate enough voltage to signal the gas valve.
