The key fob battery is dead.
My driver side door wont lock.
I changed the door acutator already and the same issue persist.
The key fob is faulty.
When i hit the lock button on my remote all my other doors lock.

Use replacement parts if needed and mend the broken connections.

Shut the door and try to lock it.
If you hear a click inside the door but the lock does not move the switch is working.
If it won t lock open the door.
If this is true then that should rule out any wiring issue and leave only the ddm as the problem.
I have assumed that the driver s door locks when you press the lock button.
Push the lock switch and listen for any noise.

Seems like a wiring issue.
Open the door and troubleshoot the lock assembly.
When the temperatures went down at night the parts would return to their normal state and lock unlock would work again.
